Hungry Jack’s has unveiled a new Cheese & Onion Double Stacker Dipper, with the new burger currently available at a small number of participating restaurants in Queensland.
Hungry Jack’s has unveiled a new Cheese & Onion Double Stacker Dipper, with the new burger currently available at a small number of participating restaurants in Queensland.
The new Stacker Dipper combines a Double Stacker burger with cheese sauce and crispy onion, allowing customers to coat the burger in the two toppings before taking a bite.
For now, Hungry Jack’s says the new item is available for a limited time at participating restaurants in Toowoomba, Plainland, Darling Downs and Kingaroy.

New Cheese & Onion Double Stacker Dipper
Hungry Jack’s is promoting the new item as the Cheese & Onion Double Stacker Dipper.
The burger itself features a stacked beef build with cheese and bacon, while the cheese and onion components provide the “Dipper” element of the new product.
Cheese Sauce and Crispy Onion Dipping
Rather than simply adding the new flavours inside the burger, Hungry Jack’s is putting the focus on dipping.
Customers can dip the burger into the cheese sauce and add crispy onion for an extra cheesy and crunchy coating.
Only Available at Select Queensland Restaurants
This isn’t currently advertised as a nationwide Hungry Jack’s launch.
According to Hungry Jack’s, the Cheese & Onion Double Stacker Dipper is available at participating restaurants in:
- Toowoomba
- Plainland
- Darling Downs
- Kingaroy
The restricted availability could indicate Hungry Jack’s is trialling the Stacker Dipper concept before deciding whether to offer it more widely, although the company hasn’t announced any plans for a national release.

Availability is limited to participating restaurants in the nominated Queensland areas.
For customers outside those locations, there’s currently no confirmation that the new burger will receive a wider Australian release.
