KFC is giving one of Australia’s favourite pub meals a fast-food makeover with the launch of the new Original Crispy Parma range, arriving nationwide from June 9 through July 6, 2026.

Inspired by the classic chicken parmigiana, the limited-time burger combines KFC’s signature chicken with a crunchy cheese patty, smoky bacon and a new parma sauce. Joining the lineup are brand-new Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, giving cheese lovers another reason to visit during the promotion.

Secret Menu Double

KFC is also adding a more indulgent option to its Secret Menu.

The Double replaces the traditional bun with two Original Crispy fillets and includes the same cheese patty, bacon and parma sauce for $10.95.

This all-chicken version follows the same concept as previous Double-style KFC burgers and is expected to appeal to fans looking for a higher-protein option.

Mozzarella Cheese Patty Available Separately

One of the more interesting additions to the menu is the ability to purchase the cheese patty separately for $2 where you can add the crunchy mozzarella-filled cheese patty to your order or enjoy it on its own.

Alongside the Parma range, KFC is also launching Mozzarella Cheese Sticks nationwide.

The Original Crispy Parma range and Mozzarella Cheese Sticks will be available at participating KFC restaurants across Australia from June 9, 2026 to July 6, 2026.
