Instead of a discounted menu item, the September 5 Golden Deal gives you the opportunity to earn twice the usual MyMacca’s Rewards points on eligible purchases through the MyMacca’s App.

For September 5 only, McDonald’s is doubling the MyMacca’s points available as part of its Golden Deals promotion.

You’ll need to use the MyMacca’s App and take advantage of the Double Points Golden Deal during its advertised availability period.

Unlike the first four Golden Deals of September, there isn’t a specific discounted burger, fries or meal attached to Day 5. The focus instead switches to earning additional rewards points.

Open the MyMacca’s App on Saturday, September 5 and check the Golden Deals available on your account.

The September Golden Deals are app exclusives and are available at participating McDonald’s restaurants.

Make sure you’re logged into the correct MyMacca’s Rewards account before placing your eligible order so the purchase and points are associated with your account.

You Can Also Get a McGold Card Competition Entry

September’s Golden Deals are running alongside McDonald’s McGold Card competition, which is bringing the McGold Card to Australia for the first time.

After opting into the competition, an eligible purchase through the MyMacca’s App can earn you an entry into the draw.

McDonald’s is giving away:

8 McGold Cards, each valued at $62,400
40 Macca’s for a Year silver cards, each valued at $1,560

Each McGold Card provides $30 of Macca’s per week for 40 years.

Competition entries are limited to one per person per day, so making multiple eligible purchases on September 5 won’t generate additional daily entries.
