If the combination sounds familiar, that’s because McDonald’s previously trialled the Tim Tam & Jatz McFlurry at its Haberfield restaurant in NSW before the wider launch.

What’s in the Tim Tam & Jatz McFlurry?
The dessert starts with McDonald’s signature creamy soft serve before adding two toppings designed specifically around the Tim Tam and Jatz combination.
The Tim Tam & Jatz McFlurry features:

- Tim Tam & Jatz sauce
- Tim Tam & Jatz crumb topping
McDonald’s describes the resulting flavour as “Sweet & Salty”, with the chocolate biscuit flavours balanced against the salty, savoury notes of Jatz.

Previously Trialled at McDonald’s Haberfield
The September release isn’t actually the first time Australians have had an opportunity to try the Tim Tam and Jatz combination.
McDonald’s previously trialled the Tim Tam & Jatz McFlurry at its Haberfield restaurant in Sydney, giving customers at the selected NSW store an early taste of the dessert.
Tim Tam brings the familiar chocolate biscuit flavour, while Jatz provides the salty element. Combined with McDonald’s soft serve, sauce and crumb topping, the dessert is designed to deliver both sweet and savoury flavours in each spoonful.
