KFC Australia is preparing to launch a major expansion of its dipping sauce range, with 11 permanent sauces set to become available across the country.
The new lineup has begun appearing in KFC restaurant systems, and multiple reports from the Reddit KFC Australia community indicate the rollout is now being prepared ahead of launch.
The total of 11 sauces appears to be a deliberate nod to the Colonel’s famous 11 herbs and spices.

KFC Australia’s New Sauce Lineup
The new KFC dipping sauce range is expected to include:
- Hot Honey
- Habanero
- Korean BBQ
- Texas BBQ
- Chimichurri Ranch
- Smokey Maple
- Garlic Mayo/Aioli
- Supercharged
- Sweet & Sour
- Tomato
- Liquid Gold
- Honey Mustard
When Are the New KFC Sauces Launching?
The new sauces are expected to begin rolling out around the start of October 2026, after KFC’s current Picklecore promotion.
The strongest sign that launch is close is that the new sauces have already started appearing in KFC point-of-sale systems.
That generally indicates the menu items are being prepared for activation at store level.
KFC Is Expanding Its Sauce Range to 11 Options
KFC Australia’s dipping sauce range has traditionally been much smaller, with familiar options including Aioli, BBQ, Supercharged, Sweet & Sour and Tomato Sauce.
The expanded range adds a much wider variety of flavours, including spicy, smoky, sweet and creamy options.
The biggest new additions include Korean BBQ, Habanero, Chimichurri Ranch, Smokey Maple and Liquid Gold.
For regular KFC customers, this will be one of the biggest changes to the chain’s dipping sauce selection in years.
Supercharged Sauce Is Staying
Fans of KFC’s popular Supercharged Sauce don’t need to worry.
Supercharged is staying as part of the permanent lineup, alongside Sweet & Sour and Tomato Sauce.
The refresh is therefore more of an expansion than a complete replacement of KFC’s existing favourites.
New KFC Tenders Are Coming Too
The sauce rollout is also expected to coincide with an update to KFC’s chicken tenders.
Reports indicate the new tenders will be crispier and more consistent in size, giving KFC a stronger product to pair with its expanded dipping sauce range.
The timing suggests KFC is preparing a broader refresh of its tenders and dipping menu rather than simply adding a few standalone sauces.
KFC’s New Sauces Are Coming Soon
With the new sauces now appearing in restaurant systems, KFC Australia’s expanded dipping sauce range looks set to arrive soon.
The rollout is expected around October 2026, with 11 permanent sauces giving customers considerably more choice with nuggets, tenders, chips and other menu items.
