McDonald’s Launches 10 New McCafé Drinks Nationwide From July 15
McDonald’s Australia is giving its McCafé menu its biggest shake-up in decades, with 10 new drinks rolling out nationwide from Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
After being trialled in Victoria and Queensland earlier this year, the expanded range is now heading to restaurants across Australia. The new lineup includes iced coffees, fruit refreshers, Red Bull drinks and Sprite-based beverages featuring popping pearls and cold foam.

New McCafé Drinks
The expanded range introduces four new iced coffee drinks.
Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with Oat Milk combines espresso with brown sugar flavour, shaken over ice and finished with oat milk. McDonald’s says it’s exclusive to Australia.
The Iced Golden Caramel Latte blends espresso with vanilla and caramel flavours before being topped with McDonald’s signature caramel sundae sauce.
If you’re after something sweeter, the Iced Velvet Mocha with Cold Foam mixes espresso with chocolate and caramel flavours before being finished with cold foam and extra chocolate and caramel drizzle.
Rounding out the coffee additions is the Choc Coconut Frappé, which combines a chocolate frappé base with coconut syrup.
Refreshers Add a Fruity Option
McDonald’s is also introducing two lemonade-based Refreshers.
The Strawberry Watermelon Refresher combines strawberry and watermelon flavours with lemonade and freeze-dried strawberries.
The Popping Mango Refresher mixes mango and pineapple with lemonade and adds strawberry popping pearls for a little extra texture.
Sprite Gets an Upgrade
Sprite fans are getting two new drinks as well.
The Berry Blast & Sprite mixes Sprite with blue raspberry flavour before being topped with cold foam.
The Popping Green Apple & Sprite adds green apple popping pearls to Sprite for a sweeter twist.
Red Bull Drinks Join the Menu
McDonald’s has also partnered with Red Bull to launch a range of energy drinks.
The new lineup includes:
- Red Bull Peach Boost Energiser
- Red Bull Dragonberry Energiser
- Red Bull 250mL
- Red Bull Zero 250mL (Queensland and Victoria only)
Try Them Early in Sydney
Before the nationwide launch, McDonald’s is opening a one-day McCafé Little Drinks Bar in Sydney.
The pop-up will take place at 11 Little Burton Street, Darlinghurst, on Saturday, July 11, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm, with free samples available while stocks last.

The new drinks will begin arriving at participating McDonald’s restaurants across Australia from Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
With iced coffees, Refreshers, crafted sodas and Red Bull beverages all joining the menu at once, it’s the biggest expansion to the McCafé drinks lineup since the café brand first launched in Australia more than 30 years ago.
