IKEA Launches $33 Feed the Family Deal Every Thursday Until October 29

IKEA Australia has launched a new $33 Feed the Family meal deal every Thursday, giving IKEA Family members four meals and four refillable soft drinks for a substantially lower price than the standard $50 bundle.

The offer is available from 11am every Thursday until October 29, 2026 at participating IKEA Swedish Restaurants across Australia. IKEA formally announced the new weekly promotion on September 8, alongside its refreshed Friday food offers.

Get Four IKEA Meals and Four Drinks for $33

The new Feed the Family set meal costs $33 for IKEA Family members, compared with a stated $50 non-member price. IKEA describes that as a saving of more than 30%.

For the $33 price, you get:

• 2 x 8-piece Swedish Meatball or Plant Ball meals
• 2 x 5-piece Kids Swedish Meatball or Plant Ball meals
• 4 x post-mix soft drinks with free refills

You can mix the meatball and plant ball options. For example, the two larger meals can be one Swedish Meatball meal and one Plant Ball meal, while the two kids meals can also be split between meatballs and plant balls.

IKEA’s full terms state that no other customisations or substitutions are permitted as part of the promotional set meal, so the deal is more restrictive than simply receiving $33 credit to build your own family order.

The $33 Deal Is Available Every Thursday Until October 29

Each Thursday, the offer starts at 11am and continues until the Swedish Restaurant closes for the evening.

There is no online or takeaway ordering mechanism for the promotional price. IKEA states that the offer is in-store only, and you need to present or verify your IKEA Family membership before completing the transaction.

IKEA Family membership is free.

Ten Australian IKEA Stores Are Participating

The $33 Feed the Family deal is available at IKEA’s major Australian Swedish Restaurants in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, the ACT, Western Australia and South Australia.

Participating restaurants are IKEA Rhodes, Tempe and Marsden Park in NSW; Logan and North Lakes in Queensland; Springvale and Richmond in Victoria; Canberra in the ACT; Perth in Western Australia; and Adelaide in South Australia

IKEA says the promotion is valid while stocks last each Thursday, and individual menu-item availability can differ between restaurants.

You will need to show your physical or digital IKEA Family card to the IKEA staff member serving you at the Swedish Restaurant to receive the $33 price.

IKEA Is Also Running $5 Meals Every Friday

The Thursday family bundle is separate from IKEA’s new Family Friday promotion.

Every Friday through December 18, 2026, IKEA Family members can get a selection of meals for $5 each, including 8-piece Swedish Meatball, Plant Ball, Falafel Ball and Fish Ball meals. Those meals ordinarily carry a listed non-member price of $13.

Regular meat and vegetarian breakfasts are also $5 for members instead of $8, while a four-pack of cinnamon buns drops from $8 to $5 and a Daim cake slice costs $5 instead of $6. Breakfast dishes are available from opening until 11am, with the main meals available after 11am.

Members can get selected breakfasts, meals and sweets for $5 each, with breakfast available until 11am and the Swedish Meatball, Plant Ball, Falafel Ball and Fish Ball meals available after 11am.
