KFC Australia has launched Pickle Pepsi for $5.50, one of the more unusual additions to its new limited-time Picklecore range.

Available from Tuesday, September 1 until Monday, September 28, 2026, the drink combines Pepsi with pickle flavour, but KFC is leaving the mixing up to you.

What Is KFC Pickle Pepsi?

Rather than serving Pepsi already mixed with pickle flavour, KFC’s Pickle Pepsi comes with a separate side cup of pickle brine.

You can pour the pickle brine into the Pepsi yourself, allowing you to decide how much pickle flavour to add.

The drink is priced at $5.50 at participating KFC restaurants.

You Mix the Pickle Brine Yourself

The separate pickle brine makes Pickle Pepsi different from a standard flavoured soft drink.

You receive the Pepsi and pickle brine separately, then add the brine yourself. You can mix in the full serving or use a smaller amount depending on how strong you want the pickle flavour.

Part of KFC’s Picklecore Range

Pickle Pepsi has launched alongside several other pickle-themed items as part of KFC Australia’s Picklecore promotion.

The range includes the $11.45 Pickle Burger, $8.95 Pickle Loaded Chips, $5 Frickles, $3.50 Pickle Ranch Sauce and $15 Pickle Boxfull, with the Boxfull available until 2pm.

KFC will also add a $5 Pickle Cheesecake for one week only from September 15 to September 21.

KFC Pickle Pepsi Available Until September 28

The $5.50 Pickle Pepsi is available from September 1 through September 28, 2026 at participating KFC restaurants, while stocks last.

It’s available as part of KFC’s month-long Picklecore promotion and can also be ordered on its own.
