How the Winter Parlour Promotion Works
The promotion is free to join through the Lovely Rewards program. Once you’re a member, simply keep an eye on the live temperature updates at Winter Parlour.
When the temperature reaches 10°C or lower, the discount becomes active automatically. To redeem it, you’ll need to place your order through the Pancake Parlour app or by scanning the QR code at your table and using mobile ordering.
You can purchase up to three discounted items per day while the promotion is active.

A range of sweet and savoury favourites are included in the promotion.
Sweet Pancakes
- Tim Tam Pancakes: $25.50 → $12.75
- Rocky Road Pancakes: $25.50 → $12.75
- Black Forest Pancakes: $25.50 → $12.75
- Apple & Walnut Pancakes: $24.90 → $12.45
Savoury Option
- Butter Chicken Pancakes: $27.50 → $13.75
- Patatas Bravas: $21.50 → $10.75
Drinks and Desserts
- Tim Tam Swiss Malt: $15.50 → $7.75
- Fudge Affogato: $9.90 → $4.95
- Pistachio Affogato: $9.90 → $4.95
With many of the pancake dishes usually costing more than $25, the promotion can save you over $12 per item when conditions are met.
Important Conditions to Know
The Winter Parlour promotion runs from June 1 through August 31, 2026, and is available exclusively to Lovely Rewards members.
The offer is valid at participating Melbourne Pancake Parlour restaurants, with the Ballarat location excluded. Mobile ordering is required through either the Pancake Parlour app or the in-restaurant QR code system.
A maximum of three discounted menu items can be redeemed per member each day. Standard card payment surcharges, public holiday surcharges and weekend surcharges still apply where applicable.
