KFC Australia has brought back its Hot or Not Burger, returning as part of the brand’s hidden Secret Menu available exclusively through the KFC app. The item is not listed on the standard menu, meaning customers will need to access the app to find and order it while it remains available.

The burger leans into a mix of flavours, combining both spicy and classic elements in a single build. It is designed around the idea of offering two different KFC styles in one bite, giving customers a side-by-side comparison of heat and traditional flavour.

What’s Inside the Hot or Not Burger

The Hot or Not Burger brings together a combination of KFC’s core ingredients, stacked into one item. It includes:

One Original Recipe fillet
One Zinger fillet
Supercharged sauce
Cheese
Bacon
Mayo
Lettuce
Sesame seed bun

The pairing of an Original Recipe fillet with a Zinger fillet creates a contrast between mild and spicy, with the Supercharged sauce adding an extra layer of heat. The remaining ingredients round out the burger with a more familiar flavour profile.

Pricing and Limited Availability

The Hot or Not Burger is priced at $12.45 for the burger on its own, with a combo available for around $16.45, which includes regular chips and a drink. Pricing may vary slightly depending on location.

As a Secret Menu item, availability is limited and may differ between restaurants. The burger is expected to remain in the app until April 13, 2026.

How to Access the KFC App Secret Menu

To access the secret menu, download the KFC App (see the links below), select a store and click order.

Then click on the menu and drag the screen down for 11 seconds appears. Afterwards, the “Secret Menu” button will appear.
