McDonald’s Australia is offering a free Sausage & Egg McMuffin when you spend $40 or more on a McDelivery breakfast order through the MyMacca’s App.

The limited-time deal is available at participating restaurants until Sunday, November 15, 2026, giving eligible customers a complimentary breakfast item with their delivery order.

You’ll need to activate the offer through Rewards & Deals in the MyMacca’s App and meet the $40 minimum spend before delivery and service fees.

How to Get Your Free Sausage & Egg McMuffin

To claim the promotion, open the MyMacca’s App and find the Free Sausage & Egg McMuffin with $40+ McDelivery offer under Rewards & Deals.

Activate the deal, then place an eligible breakfast order worth at least $40 through McDelivery.

Once you’ve met the minimum spend and applied the offer, your Sausage & Egg McMuffin will be included at no additional charge.

The breakfast favourite features a seasoned sausage patty, freshly cracked egg and cheese inside a toasted English muffin. It normally costs around $7, depending on the restaurant.

$40 Minimum Spend Excludes Delivery Fees

The promotion requires you to spend at least $40 on eligible food and drinks before fees.

McDelivery’s usual 99-cent delivery fee and 5% service fee still apply and don’t count towards the qualifying amount.

Because the free item is a breakfast product, you’ll also need to order during your selected restaurant’s breakfast hours.

McDonald’s breakfast service generally finishes around 11:30am, although hours can vary between locations.
