How to Get the Free Sausage & Egg McMuffin

To redeem the offer, open the MyMacca’s App, head to Rewards & Deals and activate the Free Sausage & Egg McMuffin with $40+ McDelivery promotion.

You’ll then need to place an eligible McDelivery breakfast order worth at least $40 before fees. Once the minimum spend is reached and the offer is applied, the Sausage & Egg McMuffin will be included for free.

Breakfast Hours Apply

Because the free item is part of the breakfast menu, the order needs to be placed while breakfast is available at your selected McDonald’s restaurant.

Breakfast generally finishes at around 11:30am, although exact trading hours and menu availability can vary by location.

What’s in a Sausage & Egg McMuffin?

The Sausage & Egg McMuffin includes a seasoned sausage patty, freshly cracked egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin.

Regular pricing varies between McDonald’s restaurants, but the item generally sells for around $7.

The $40 Spend Is Before Fees

The $40 minimum spend applies to eligible food and drink items before McDelivery charges are added.

The usual 99¢ delivery fee and 5% McDelivery service fee still apply and do not count towards the qualifying spend.

MyMacca’s App McDelivery Orders Only

The promotion is available only for McDelivery orders placed through the MyMacca’s App.

It is not available for dine-in, takeaway, drive-thru, pickup or third-party delivery orders.

The offer is also limited to one redemption per eligible account.

Available Until October 18

McDonald’s free Sausage & Egg McMuffin with $40+ McDelivery promotion is available until Sunday, October 18, 2026, at participating restaurants while stocks last.
