How to Get the Free Sausage & Egg McMuffin
To redeem the offer:
- Open the MyMacca’s App.
- Head to Rewards & Deals.
- Activate the Free Sausage & Egg McMuffin with $40+ McDelivery offer.
- Place an eligible McDelivery order worth at least $40 before fees.
- Apply the offer and complete your order.
The Sausage & Egg McMuffin will be included for free once the qualifying spend and offer requirements are met.
Breakfast Hours Apply
Because the free item is from the breakfast menu, you’ll need to place your McDelivery order while breakfast is being served at your selected restaurant.
Breakfast generally finishes at around 11:30am, although exact trading hours and menu availability can vary by restaurant.

The Sausage & Egg McMuffin includes:
- Seasoned sausage patty
- Freshly cracked egg
