NEWS: McDonald’s – Free Cheeseburger, Small Hot McCafe Drink or Medium Soft Drink for Healthcare Workers
In light of the COVID-19 health crisis, McDonald’s are offering Healthcare Workers a Free Cheeseburger, Small Hot McCafe Drink or Medium Soft Drink until 17 May 2020.
Previously the offer included drinks only – McDonald’s have now extended the deal to offer a Free Cheeseburger at selected stores – visit your store to see if they offer a Free Cheeseburger.
The offer is available to anyone working in hospitals/medical centres caring for patients, including:
- Paramedics, doctors, nurses
- General practioners
- Pathology, Aged care and Home Care workers.
To get this offer, healthcare workers need to be in official uniform, show your hospital ID cards or business card.
Orange Juice, Frappes and Bottled Water may also be available, depending on management discretion.

Just went to the McDonalds after my night duty shift and told them that I heard it was either bacon and egg or cheeseburger free for nurses but they only my coffee or soft drink free. Ended up paying for my bacon and egg and hashbrown cuz I had cravings after talking about it all night at work
