NEWS: McDonald’s McFlurry with Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramello is Back

Returning on Wednesday 13 April 2024, McDonald’s have brought back the McFlurry with Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramello!

First launching in 2019, the McFlurry features McDonald’s classic soft serve, swirled with Caramello sauce and Cadbury Dairy Milk pieces.

It will set you back around $4.50 pickuo but prices may vary by store. For more of the latest prices, check our McDonald’s Prices page! Prices vary on delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash – expect a 20% mark-up.
