NEWS: McDonald's McVeggie and McVeggie Deluxe 1McDonald’s have introduced the McVeggie, now available across the country!

The burgers both feature a crispy patty made from potato, peas, corn, carrot and onion.

The McVeggie comes with lettuce, pickles and mayonnaise, while the McVeggie Deluxe cmes with tomato, lettuce, jack cheese, pickles and mayonnaise.

However, vegetarians note that the burger is not vegetarian due to the cooking method – it is cooked in the same fryer as the McChicken patties.

The McVeggie costs approximately $6.00, while the McVeggie Deluxe will set you back around $6.70.
